Victoria Tocher wrote a sympathy message

“We just now heard about Paul’s leaving for heaven. Not only were Paul & Bonnie treasured friends of the Tocher family, they were special people to us. We rented their cottage in 1978 as our first home . Paul painted us a portrait of Jesus for a wedding gift and a snow scene for my mother Harriet Oachs which we still have. Paul was a unique, kind & gifted man the world will miss. Looking forward to seeing him again one day soon. Our love to the family , Andrew & Victoria Tocher”
