It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ricky Lanning of Shelton, Washington, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Charles Lanning and Della Hughes of Virginia; his brother Halleck Remington; his sister-in-law Marge Reminton; and his cousin Stan Cole.

He is survived by : his wife Nora Lee Lanning; his children, Danille Cook (John) and Christopher Lanning; his grandchildren, Chad Cook (Ami), Cody Cook (Shayla) and Megan Coker (Nolan); his great grandchildren, Jace, Hallee, Ryan, Jackson, Loretta, Eli and Barrett; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Baldy, Bill Remington, Rick Remington, Jerry Remington and Shelly Remington.
