It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E Aitken (Shelton, Washington), who passed away on April 12, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Aitken and Dorothy Aitken (Sawyer); his former wives, Mildred Scott and Dixie Johnston; and his children, Janet Aitken, Kimberly Behrends (Rick), Kenneth Aitken, Roberta Cornwell (John), Brad Aitken (Cindy) and Carol Glenn. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.

“We were quite shocked seeing Bob's OB in the Paper - Am at fault here , for not stopping by more often , even for a short visit - would have possibly known he was in the hospital at least -DAMN- Hope you ALL are getting thru these more demanding times OK - We are certainly going to miss chatting with & seeing him, afterall (Not everyone has an OLD HIPPIE to chat with)- Irregaurdless, It was always worth a chuckle or two -You All take care of yourselves -- Friends forever -- Ken & Judy Simons --”
