He is survived by: his siblings, Denis Van Loan (Sandy), Philip Van Loan and Mary Boden (Wayne); his children, Debbie Millward (Roger), Annette Elsey (Eric) and Patrick (Erin); his stepchildren, Mark Gilbert (Kim), Vernon Beach and Danielle Beach; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Rorie (Ainsley), Christian, Troy, Emily, Philip (Grace), Bekah, Ethan and Clara.
A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church (8517 7th Ave SE, Everett, WA 98208). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Holyrood Cemetery (205 NE 205th St, Shoreline, WA 98155).
