She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucia Spencer (Keller) and Langford Spencer. She is survived by: her children, Lucia A. Blackwell of Seattle and William Winegar of Bemidji; and her granddaughters, Deanna Cook, Lucia M. Blackwell and Bridget Aitchison.
