He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Maddalena; his children, Jason Schreeder (Christine) and Jennifer Maddalena; and his brothers, Bruce Maddalena (Sherida), Mark Maddalena (Teri) and George Maddalena (Jessee Tucker). He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
