He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" Wayne Hallenbeck and Jessie Marion Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Dean Hallenbeck (Madolyn), Kati Jo Hallenbeck-Tilley (Dirk), Melissa Rose Meng (Graham) and Lacie Marie Johnson (Eric); his grandsons, James Leto and Clark Tiberius Tilley; and his children, Hannah Rosemary, Owen Thomas Meng, Olivia Marie and Carter Robert Johnson. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
