He was predeceased by: his parents, Walt Lavinder and Julia Lavinder (Abbott); his brothers, Frank, Clyde and Gary Lavinder; and his sons, Ronald Allen Lavinder and Brian Allen Lavinder.
He is survived by: his wife Shiela Fisher; his daughter Shelley Plemmons (Floyd) of Aberdeen; his grandchildren, Kyle and Kelsey; and his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Brooklyn, Kennady and Braxton.
