We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2023, at the age of 81, Frances S. Parker (Spanaway, Washington), born in Tacoma, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Roscoe C. Cox and Jennie L. Cox; and her former life partner Melvin H. Parker. She is survived by : her daughters, Terry Parker (Howard) and Leslie; her grandsons, Tom (Chrissy) and Cooper (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Landon and Cayson; her sister Aleta; and her pet Tazmania. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
