He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Stover of Washington and Elzie Lee Wood Stover. He is survived by: his wife Marcella "Marci" M. Stover; his son Paul D. Stover of Sango, Tennessee; and his siblings, John Malcolm "Mike" Stover, David Stover, Ralph "Doug" Stover and Francis "Dee" Rhodes. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Valley Landmark Missionary Baptist Church (404 N Argonne Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99212).
