He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lester (Red) and Bonnie Noreen Olinger; his wife Janice Rose; his sister Elizabeth Ann (Betty); his son Bryan Keith; his daughters-in-law, Dagmar and Vanessa; and his granddaughters, Lacy Alexandra, Cami Antonia and Bonnie Rose.
He is survived by: his sons, Martin Craig (Mat), Douglas Raymond II and David Allen; his granddaughter Kimberly Dawn Monigold (Bret); and his sisters, Sally Graham and Pat McCallum. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, a few great great-grandchildren.
