She is survived by: her sister Doris Hoover; and her children, Renee Hill, Rebecca Nedeau and Charles Jelderks.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society - Breast Cancer Fund, a cause close to Phyllis' heart.
