He is survived by: his father Lossie Harber; his wife Roxann; his sisters, Roseanne Shipley (Dale) and Rhonda Agnew (John); his sister-in-law Candy Turner; his children, Vicky Lawr (Ray), Bryan Harber (Amber) and Christa Miller (Matt); his grandchildren, Jonathan Lawr (Tate), Spencer, Paige Lawr, Akadia, Cambria, Bryson Harber, Becky Johnson (Aaron), Tommy and Emily Miller; and his great grandchildren, Silvia and Strider Lawr. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Rickey Ray Harber, 76, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on September 29, 2026, in Spokane Valley, WA, after many years with Parkinson's disease.
