He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Collins and Myrle Collins; and his siblings, Myrlene Haskell, Richard Collins and Eddie Collins.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Collins (Elisse), Jaime Dye (Dennis), Shayne Cofer (Eddie Rocha), Jeff Collins (Julie) and Shelly Bayne (Jim); his wife Sharron; and his brother Wayne Collins. He is also survived by his five children; and his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
