She was predeceased by: her parents, Marguerite Wolfe and Clarence Wolfe; her son Rickey Levison; her former husband Ivan Levison (Ike); her husband Hugh Slye; and her brothers, Jerry, Don and Bill Wolfe.
She is survived by: her son David Levison (Nola) of Missoula, MT; her grandchildren, Malia, Rachel, Renda, Dillon, Mary (Marcus), Darby (Garth), Billy, Tyler, Daniel and Hunter (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Markus, Micah, Malakai, Adeline, Evelyn and Theodore; and her siblings, Richard, Dorothy, Patsy and Marion.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Philomena Catholic Church (1790 S 222nd St, Des Moines, WA 98198). A reception will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Wesley Gardens, Club (815 S 216th St, Des Moines, WA 98198).
