He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Fried and Tillie Fried (Mertz); and his brothers, Herb, Willard, William and Roy Kozitsky.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Fried (Forderer); his daughters, Lisa Osborne (Ryan) and Amanda Martoken (Bryan); his grandchildren, Wyatt Osborne (Stephanie), Colton Osborne, Olivia Martoken, Morgan Osborne and Annaliese Martoken; his great grandchild Leila Osborne; and his siblings, Dennis, Gary, Arnie, Lorraine Eckman and Florence Hoovestol (Duane).
