He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Ilgen Sr. and Mildred Ilgen; and his wife Mary Gdanitz (Andrew). He is survived by: his children, Brian Ilgen (Ilze), Ann Kester (David), Tim Ilgen and Laura Suter (Charles); his grandchildren, Ingrid, Katherine, John, Sascha, Megan, Matthew, Renae and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Tristin, Asher, Johanna, Allison, Gabriel, Alexander and Charlene.
A rosary will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (304 S Adams Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99216). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
