He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Vernon and Zilpha Lenore Lee (Wilcox); and his grandparents, Guy, Mabel Wilcox, Roy and Elizabeth Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Laverna Lee; his children, Michael Warner, Steven Warner, Artie Lee, Christopher Lee, Joe Stickland, Cindy Schwahn, Sheryl Powell, Donna Yocom and Shari'Lee; and his sisters, Linda Wolf and Sandi Gelner. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
