He is survived by: his wife Luann; and his brothers, Mike Flanagan, Randy Flanagan, Dennis Flanagan and Bob Flanagan. He is also survived by nephews, along with countless friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mark's Lutheran Church (316 E 24th Ave, Spokane, WA 99203).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Brett's memory may be made to Hospice House of Spokane, Washington, in appreciation for the compassionate care and support they provide to patients and their families.
