We bid farewell to Caroline Thompson (Spokane, Washington), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 21, 2025 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, John V. Schwindt and Barbara Schwindt (Kary); her grandmother Barbara Fischer Schwindt; her siblings, John, Theodore, Florentine Metz (Steve) and Patricia Walker (Phillip); her brothers-in-law, Louie Hendricks, Everett Stanger and Philip N Lamprecht; and her brother Lawrence.
She is survived by: her former husband Mike C. Dukart; her son Michael K. Dukart; her husband Norman C. Thompson; her grandchildren, Keith, David Dukart and Katarina Erofeeff (Dukart); her stepgrandson Kristofer Dukart; her great grandchild Emilian Erofeeff; her stepchildren, Vincent, Kurt, James Thompson, Doreen, Cindy and Jeff Thompson; her sisters, Lenora Stanger, Luella Hendricks and Lucille Lamprecht; her sister-in-law Maria Schwindt; and her close friend Anna Smith (Montgomery).
She later volunteered as an RSVP reading tutor for ten years while living in Washington.
Rather than flowers, Caroline prefers donations be made to Life Services (Spokane) or Salvation Army.
