He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard West and Shirley West of St. John, Washington.; his sisters, Dianne West and Patti Reynolds; his father-in-law Jim Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Miller Jr. and Myrna West.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Miller; his daughter Amy Hertzog (Paul); his grandchildren, Peyton, Emersen, Teagan West, Felicity, Jordan and Olivia Hertzog; his mother-in-law Karen Miller; his brother-in-law Scott Miller (Dina); his siblings, Mike West, Mary Ellen James (Ron), Robert West and Richard West (Shirley); Meagan West (Brendan), Spencer West (Tristin) and Connor West (Chelsey).
