He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Scott Hubbell (Kelly) and Stephanie Hubbell Sansom; his stepson Tom Davis (Megan); and his siblings, Jerry Hubbell (Marilyn) and Kathy St. Andrew (Rich). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
