He was predeceased by : his parents, Shirley and Jack. He is survived by : his wife Bonnie; his sons, Nick (Brittany), Dustin and Brad (Kristin); his sister Jan Kingsley; and his grandsons, Nixon, Bennett, Dillon and Trevor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
