He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Mark McDonald (Nicole), Teresa Bierbaum and Kimberly Keever (Jared); his grandchildren, Jessica Stewart (Alex), Hailey Callahan (Clay), Brooke Bierbaum, Kyle Bierbaum, Evelyn Keever and Leighton Keever; his great grandchildren, Josie Callahan, Taylor Stewart and Eleanor Callahan; his mother-in-law Evelyn McDonald; and his sisters-in-law, Cheri McDonald and Ann Rice.
