We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Edward Henry Schierholz in Spokane, Washington, born in Watertown, South Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Edward may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Edward touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his daughter Joanne; and his sister Elizabeth Person. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ball & Dodd Funeral Home (5100 W Wellesley Ave, Spokane, WA 99205). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at 5315 W Monroe Rd, Deer Park, WA 99006. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Life Roads Church (3007 E Marshall Ave, Spokane, WA 99207).
