He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred T. Flanigan and Caroline M. Flanigan. He is survived by: his former wife Doris Shay; his children, David and Sandra; his wife Joyce; and also, Elaine, Theresa and Debra. He is also survived by five children; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three brothers; two sisters; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 4407 N Division St #103, Spokane, WA 99207. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Pines Cemetery (12116 E 16th Ave, Spokane, WA 99206).
