He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred T. Flanigan and Caroline M. Flanigan. He is survived by: his former wife Doris Shay; his children, David and Sandra; his wife Joyce; Elaine, Theresa and Debra. He is also survived by five children; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three brothers; two sisters; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
