She is survived by: her children, Brett Hodemann and Janet Biggerstaff; her brother Byron Royce; her grandsons, Matthew Biggerstaff (Jamie) and Nolan Biggerstaff (Karla); and her great grandchildren, Tommy, Evie and Seth Biggerstaff.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hennessey Funeral Home & Crematory - Spokane (2203 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99207).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Joya Child and Family Development, formerly Spokane Guild's School, honoring Garnett's lifelong devotion to children.
