We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2025, at the age of 90, Geraldine (Gerry) Godley in Spokane, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Geraldine is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Geraldine's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Godley; her parents, Otto Remmers and Marian Remmers; her sister Marianne Brommer; and her brother-in-law Shorty Nilles (Yorkie JC).
She is survived by: her sons, David (Sandy), Greg (Wendy) and Jeff Godley (Renee); her sisters, Lorene Nilles and Jackie Kutz (Steve); and her brother-in-law Ed Brommer. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
