She was predeceased by: her father Milton Smyd. She is survived by: her mother Genelle Worden; her siblings, Lynda Garbner and Milty Smyd; her boyfriend Mike; her daughters, Kimberly, Alise and Holly; her sons-in-law, Anthony and Travis; and her grandchildren, Lily, Dillon, Parker, Kendell and Carter. She is also survived by siblings and many other close family members.
