He was predeceased by : his parents, Bertha Edna Croxton (Peck) and Joel Dwight Croxton; and his brothers, Billie P., B. Keith, Robert B. and Wallace R..

He is survived by : his spouse L. Rosemere Peck; his children, Gregory L. of Columbia, SC, Susan Weader (PA), Jeffrey L. and Cynthia Flora; and his brother Joel J.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandson.
