He is survived by: his children, Gennady Gerasimchuk, Evgeniy Gerasimchuk (Natasha), Anna Valkov (Milen), Olga Burunov (Victor), Elena Merk, Dina Kopets (Peter), Pavel Gerasimchuk (Oksana) and Liliya Kopets (Ven). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
