He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Humphrey and Enid Foster. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Humphrey of Spokane Wa, Nancy Kimball of Spokane Wa and PJ Muxlow of Spokane Wa; his stepdaughters, Maire Chacon, Liz Chacon and Lesly Chacon; and his grandchildren, Reece Dunlap, Nicholas Muxlow, Dylan Muxlow and Caden Kimball.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fairmount Memorial Park (5200 W Wellesley Ave, Spokane, WA 99205).
