She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrl Smith Byington and Kathlyn Irene Steele; her husband David Eugene Gramlow; her son Eugene; and her siblings, Charlene, Bob and Tricia.
She is survived by: her children, Shaune Gramlow, Kathleen McMackin (Brian) and Samantha Carter (John); and her grandchildren, Audrey Carter, Mariska Degenstein (Tyler), Brianna McMackin, Dakota Gramlow (Maddy), James McMackin, Cameron McMackin and Cheyenne Gramlow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Spokane Symphony, where Jacquie volunteered for many years, taking tickets.
