“Dear Palmer family, sincere condolences to you for the loss of Jim Palmer. He was a gentle, kind 1st cousin and was always wanting to help us ride horses when we visited them in Klamath Falls, Oregon or Burley, Idaho. I will attach photos of him when he was young, and up to 22 years old. I also found a sweet 2-minute digital 8mm video my Dad had taken when we visited Mary and Wendell in Oregon, in about 1956. I will attach it here or on Google Photos. Best wishes, the Dave Smalley family”
