She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lewis and Opal Lewis. She is survived by: her siblings, Dick and Virginia; her close friend Donald Koehler; her husband Don; her sons, Carl, LeRoy and David; and her grandchildren, Amber, Stephanie, Brandi, Kristyn, Kendall and Kenneth.
