JoAnn leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. JoAnn’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew JoAnn will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Merlin Dunn and Ruth Dunn (Wilkes); her husband Scott Barkdull; and her son Michael D. Barkdull. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Barkdull of Spokane and Susanne Nicholls of Spokane; and her sister Merla Gibbs of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
