He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Ryan J Stout; his daughter-in-law Silvia Stout; his mother Violet Garoutte; his siblings, Linda and Bill Stout; his granddaughter Genesis; and his stepdaughter Stephanie Cardoza.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Holy Cross Funeral and Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel (7200 N Wall St, Spokane, WA 99208).
