It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Ann Silbar (Spokane, Washington), who passed away on May 7, 2026, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Harrison (Julie). She is survived by: her daughters, Faith Silbar and Reagan Silbar; her stepson Grant Silbar (Kelsey); her granddaughter Eleanor Silbar; her former husband Steve Silbar; her nieces, Lauren, Samanatha and Amanda Moffat; and her sisters-in-law, Angela Moffat, Paula Lee and Father Dale Moffat (Vicki). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and a vast network of friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted at the ceremony for Julie's daughter's college funds (a bank account will be arranged soon), or please consider donations to Next Chapter Home (nextchapterhome.org), a new nonprofit Julie co-founded last year.
