She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. H. J. Millgard and Jo Marie Millgard; her husbands, Tony Anderson and A. H. Anderson (Tony); and her brother James Millgard (Jim).
She is survived by: her sister Jan Millgard; her nephew Jake Millgard; her great-nieces and great-nephews, August and Ben; and her sister-in-law Nancy Millgard.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church (3327 S Perry St, Spokane, WA 99203). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Spokane Memorial Gardens (5909 Cheney Spokane Rd, Spokane, WA 99224). A memorial gathering was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the Parish Hall.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Kay's memory to Alzheimer's Association, Joya, and St Jude's Children's Hospital.
