She is survived by: her husband Jerry Patty; her parent Gene; her siblings, Dwayne and Debbie; her children, Jeremy Simpkins (Stephanie), Stacey Sphuler, Michael Goodman and Stephanie McGrew (Ryan); and her grandchildren, Caeleigh, Matthew, Jackson, Ashlynn, Paityn, Paige, Bailey, Kole and Rylee.
