She is survived by: her husband Richard Cook (Dick); her children, Joe Cook (Heather) of Everett, WA, Melanie Donaldson (Nate) and Andy Cook (Gretchen); her brother Mike Prunty (Jeanette) of Temecula, CA; and her grandchildren, Dominic Cook, Daisy Cook, Liv Donaldson, Brynne Donaldson, Penelope Cook and Hazel Cook.
