She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphia L. Weckesser (Ball) and Louis B. Weckesser. She is survived by: her husband Roy Hooten; her sisters, Beth Varney (Michael) and Carol Messerly (Robert); her nieces, Johanna North, Laura Messerly and Ellen Ward; her great-niece Ava; her great-nephews, Grayson and Joel; and her many Spokane.
