She is survived by: her son Ronald "Shad" Bolen (Leasa); her siblings, Dan Johnston (Deloris), Marty McKinney, Rick McKinney, Jerri Clute (Del), Michelle Kuck and Nancy Trobee; her grandchildren, Tyler Bolen (Madilynn), Alexandria Courtney (Travis) and Nicholas Beeler (Melissa); and her great grandchildren, Chalie and Chase.
