In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Melba's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Melba's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert H. Osborn; and her children, Jane Lahtinen (Duncan), Paul Osborn (LaDawn), Brent Osborn (Rosemary) and Bryan Osborn (Julene). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (508 N Government Way, Spokane, WA 99224). Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (4014 S Bowdish Rd, Spokane, WA 99206). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at the South Pines Cemetery (13126 E 32nd Ave, Spokane, WA 99206).
