“Mike was awesome! He helped out with the Mountain Gear Explorer Scout group of which two of his kids belonged. He was great to be around and had a great sense of humor. But he also taught our youth to be respectful and passionate in whatever they did. We had some great trips together. I will miss him. One time he took me sailing on Lake Pend Oreille in the middle of winter. He sure loved adventure! I will never forget that trip! God bless Mike and rest in peace! Pete Fisch”
