He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pflugrad and Esther Pflugrad (Cook); and his brother Wilmer. He is survived by: his spouse Timmy; and his children, Debbie and Randy. He is also survived by his wife and 2 children, 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
