He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, N. Clyde Franklin and Beulah Franklin; his sisters, Helen and Clydene; his wife Gail (Hydorn); and his children, Neal Jr. (Teresa), Douglas of Spokane, Kelly Jo (Jack) and Patricia Gail. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 13 greatgrandchildren.
