We are sad to announce that, on September 8, 2023, at the age of 93, Patricia Marie Phillips (Spokane, Washington), born in Rockford, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fonder and Emily Fonder. She is survived by: her sister Mary Jeanne; her caregiver Kaiser Aluminum; her husband Robert Fletcher Phillips; and her children, Mary Walmsley (Greg), Robert Jr. (Terri), Susan Masteller (Charlie Reynolds), Ed (Barbie), Mike (Denise), Cathy Walters (Keith Adkins), Barbara (Jack Kemp), Jim (Lori), Carole Tonani (Tim) and Colleen (Deanna Williams).

In lieu of flowers, we request that donations be made to Catholic Charities, a cause that was close to Pat's heart, or either facility stated above.
