She is survived by: her husband David Middleton; her children, Dallas, Ryan Valenzuela and Jennifer Gigler; her grandchildren, Jonathan Thomas, Olivia Marie and Ivy Ann; her niece Robbi; her great-niece Cheyenne; and her great-nephew Rhodie.
