Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Richard Rhodes leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Starry and Irma Starry (Rhodes). He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Linda K. Starry of Tempe Az, Diane M. Concie (Matt) of Spokane and David R. Starry (Michelle) of Spokane; his grandchildren, Brianna, Margaret, Austin and Michael; and his great grandchild Rhodes.
